Shipping, Returns & Store Policies

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kingdom Kreations! We take pride in creating quality custom products and specialty gifts.

Processing Time

Ready-to-ship items: 3–5 business days
Custom and personalized items: 7–14 business days
Specialty gift baskets: 5–10 business days
Large custom orders may require additional processing time.

Customers will receive tracking information via email once their order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

We ship through USPS, UPS, and other trusted carriers.

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Kingdom Kreations.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, Kingdom Kreations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, all sales are considered final.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom and personalized products
UVDTF prints and transfers
Customized tumblers and drinkware
Personalized journals and stationery
Specialty gift baskets
Clearance or sale items

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Upon review, Kingdom Kreations may offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.

Order Errors

If an error was made by Kingdom Kreations, we will gladly correct the issue at no additional cost.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

Custom Order Policy

Customers are responsible for:

Reviewing spelling, names, dates, and custom information before submitting orders.
Approving proofs or mockups when provided.

Kingdom Kreations is not responsible for customer-submitted errors after approval has been given.

Gift Basket Policy

Gift basket contents may vary slightly based on product availability. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall theme and quality of the basket.
